You'll see a warning as you approach your monthly balance. Once it's used up, new transcriptions and imports pause until it resets next month, or you upgrade, or add a one-time bundle.
Everything draws from one balance of minutes. Audio uses one balance minute per minute of recording. Imported text is much cheaper: about one balance minute per five minutes of transcript, and we always show the cost before you confirm.
Each recording or import is capped at 3 hours per entry. Need something longer? Split it into parts, each one draws from the same balance.
Pro is for ongoing, regular work and renews monthly. The bundle is for a single project: pay once for 10 h of balance that stays valid for 12 months, no subscription.
