Refund Policy
EverSaid (eversaid.ai) Last updated: 4 August 2026 Effective date: 4 August 2026
Overview
EverSaid subscriptions are sold through our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd / Paddle Payments). Paddle processes all payments, issues invoices and receipts, and handles refunds on our behalf. The charge on your statement will appear as Paddle.
Try before you buy
EverSaid offers a free plan with a monthly usage allowance. We encourage you to use it to make sure EverSaid fits your needs before subscribing. No payment details are required for the free plan.
Subscription payments are non-refundable
All EverSaid Pro payments, including your first payment and every renewal, are final and non-refundable, except where required by law (see Statutory withdrawal rights below). We don't offer a money-back guarantee or trial refunds; use the free plan to evaluate EverSaid before you subscribe.
Statutory withdrawal rights (EU/UK consumers)
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your first purchase within 14 days of the transaction and receive a full refund, in accordance with Paddle's Buyer Terms and applicable law. This right applies only to the first payment on a new subscription, not to renewals, and it ends early if you consent to immediate access to the service during checkout and then start using it. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.
Renewals and cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings (or via the link in any Paddle receipt). Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep full access for the rest of the billing period you already paid for, and no partial refund or credit is given for that remaining time.
Charged by mistake?
If you believe a charge is incorrect, a duplicate, or unauthorized, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of the charge and we'll investigate. Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank; we resolve almost everything faster than a chargeback does.
How refunds are processed
Paddle is the Merchant of Record, so only Paddle can issue a refund. Where a refund is legally required under Statutory withdrawal rights above, request it by emailing [email protected] or using the "Request refund" link in your Paddle receipt within the 14-day window. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5-10 business days.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time; the version published on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
